Our Firm

Hoffman Kelley is a premier firm in the area of insurance defense. Our largest concentration of practice is focused on the representation of insurance carriers before the Texas Department of Insurance, Division of  Workers' Compensation (DWC), Workers' Compensation Court of Oklahoma, New Mexico Workers' Compensation Administration (WCA), and the Industrial Commission of Arizona (ICA). The firm's attorneys appear regularly in every field office and litigate cases in civil district and appellate courts through each state. The firm's attorneys average eight years of experience and all have jury trial experience. The firm does not accept cases from individuals seeking recovery against insurance carriers or those they insure.

Clients of the firm receive the benefit of local representation anywhere in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and Oklahoma and substitute the difficulties of maintaining multiple attorney-client relationships for the convenience of dealing with one firm.

The firm's offices in the cities of Dallas, Austin, Phoenix, and Albuquerque provide the convenience of local, in-person contact with insurance carriers' national or regional offices and immediate access to state agencies.
