Practice Areas

Ms. Lopez's practice is devoted to the representation of insurance carriers, self-insured entities, and employers in workers' compensation proceedings before the New Mexico Workers' Compensation Administration, the Texas Division of Workers' Compensation, and the Oklahoma Compensation Court and in civil litigation involving insurance defense.

Ms. Lopez has many favorable decisions while representing carriers, self-insured's, and employers before the New Mexico, Texas, and Oklahoma workers' compensation agencies and courts and defense jury verdicts in the district courts of Texas.

Ms. Lopez has represented clients before the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of New Mexico and the Court of Appeals of Texas.
