Practice Areas

Mr. Kelley's practice has been devoted to the representation of insurance companies, oil and gas companies, and other corporations which involve the areas of worker's compensation, insurance defense litigation, commercial and business law, oil and gas matters, and general litigation.

Mr. Kelley has received defense verdicts in cases involving premises liability, automobile collisions, personal injury and property damage, and worker's compensation. Mr. Kelley has also received plaintiff verdicts representing various corporations in commercial disputes involving property damages and lost profits. Mr. Kelley has also appeared before several administrative agencies, including the Internal Revenue Service, the Texas Employment Commission, and the Texas Worker's Compensation Commission.
