Practice Areas
Mr. Hoffman's practice has been devoted to the representation of employers, including the areas of labor law, commercial and business law, general litigation and workers' compensation. Mr. Hoffman attended the first Benefit Review Conference in Texas, in 1991, and has been actively practicing in the area of Workers' Compensation since that time.
Mr. Hoffman has received defense verdicts in cases involving employment discrimination, workers' compensation, wage and hour disputes and products liability. Mr. Hoffman has additionally appeared before a number of administrative agencies, including the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Immigration and Naturalization Service, the Texas Division of Workers' Compensation, the Texas Employment Commission and the Texas Commission on Human Rights.
